Thought you would appreciate this story Tom. Months after we have moved into our new home in Las Vegas we encountered what I consider a little more than minor electrlcal issue that the Home Warranty Company had qualified as a pre-existing issue and refused to help with repairs. The repairs would have involved re-wiring a good portion of our guest house. I called Coke for a copy of the home inspection video that he prepared for us while we were out of state an unable to attend the actual inspection day. While I was preparing for a minor battle with the insurance company Coke simply asked me for the details and handled this situation unsolicited. Long story short ……. Coke made a few phone calls to the listing agent, Home inspector and insurance Company and our problem was solved! This just doesn’t happen anymore. Service after the sale is a lost art In today’s business world but apparently very much alive within your organization. Once again ……. THANK YOU!
